Sierra West Group, the developer of the RapidCES system, was established in the early 1990’s when it took over a failing construction estimating business. The new team completed the existing contracts successfully and today has over 25 years experience primarily in public works construction estimating.

In 2011 the Sierra West team purchased a leading construction estimating database, known for its accuracy, and the only construction estimating database to be named in the California State Register for new school construction.
With the rising popularity of JOC, the Sierra West team saw an opportunity to blend the utility and accuracy of their construction cost database with the rapid turn cycles in JOC programs. This is where the idea for RapidCES was born. RapidCES (Rapid Construction Estimating System) was built to provide a fast and accurate flow for creating any size commercial construction estimate, JOC or standard, with the most versatile, powerful, and user-friendly interface in the commercial construction estimating industry.
Mary is the President and co-founder of SWG. She takes great pride in the excellent reputation of SWG within the A/E/C Industry, the quality of the services provided by Sierra West, always putting the client and their needs first, and her nonprofit work in the community.
In addition to her duties as President, Mary produces the Sierra West CCI (Current Construction Index). The index covers construction materials, labor costs and actual sub-contractor in-place costs and is use by the A/E/C industry to track inflationary trends in the construction industry.

He is an author of the Amazon Best Seller "The Small Business Owners Guide to Local Lead Generation" and has worked with businesses ranging from HP and Cisco to local businesses across the US and Canada.
For the past 10 years Justin has been focused primarily on online marketing and lead generation systems for local service based businesses. Justin’s team uses a combination of strategy, online advertising, search engine optimization, and conversion optimization to grow his clients businesses.

Brenda has over 20 years experience in technology and commercial account management. She worked for over a decade in the Silicon Valley for the world’s largest contract manufacturer of semiconductors. She traveled routinely to Asia and managed multi-million dollar accounts from pre-production to international delivery.
Brenda brings her strong organizational skills, attention to detail and systems based approach to the marketing world and is responsible for many aspects of project management, digital marketing and client support. Brenda has spent the past 10 years acquiring a high degree of skill in managing websites and online advertising campaigns.
